TopTCGS is built on a simple principle: you should be able to check card prices without handing over your personal data. We don't require an account, we don't track you across the web, and we don't sell your information to anyone.
TopTCGS does not collect, store, or sell personal data. We do not require an account or login to use the service. No registration is needed. We do not collect your name, email, IP address, or any other personally identifying information in connection with regular use of the site.
We use third-party APIs to fetch card data and prices (TCGPlayer, Scryfall, Pokémon TCG API, OPTCG API). These requests are made server-side and do not expose your identity to those services. When you follow external links to TCGPlayer, Cardmarket, eBay, or PriceCharting, their own privacy policies apply and we have no control over the data they collect.
If you voluntarily submit a bug report, your email address and message are transmitted via Formspree and used solely to respond to your report. We do not store this data ourselves and it is not shared with third parties beyond Formspree's own infrastructure. Providing an email is optional.
We use Google Analytics (gtag.js) to understand aggregate traffic patterns — things like how many visitors we get and which pages are popular. This data is anonymised and used only to improve the site. We do not use fingerprinting or behavioural tracking cookies of our own. You can opt out of Google Analytics using a browser extension or by adjusting your Google account settings.
TopTCGS may display advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google may use cookies to show relevant ads based on your browsing history. You can opt out via Google's Ad Settings or by using the NAI opt-out tool. We do not control what data Google collects through their ad platform.
Because we don't collect personal data, there is generally nothing to access, correct, or delete. If you submitted a bug report and would like it removed, email us at support@toptcgs.com and we'll take care of it.
